The role is responsible for driving best-in-class customer experience to support the company’s business goals in line with global guidelines. What you need is:
Must have Matric
Proficient in MS Office
Able to work shifts (between 07h30 and 17h30)
Accuracy of the output- high attention to detail
Be able to identify and show an understanding of the customer’s needs
Excellent communication skills
Must have a disability
