Department of Public Works and Roads Internship Programme (24- and 18-month contracts)

Stipend: 24-month contract Stipend is R4 989.50 per month (candidates with Qualifications), 18-month contract Stipend is R3 47532 per month (candidates who require experiential / practicaI learning)

NB: Confirmation letter from the institution indicating (that the Learner requires practical experience for completion of studies is required.

Internships are offered in the following fields of study: • Human Resource Management • Office Management • Information Management • Library and Information Science • Legal Service • Labour Relations • Communication • Auditing • Supply Chain Management • Financial Management • Quantity Survey • Civil and Structural• Mechanical . Electrical Engineering• Architecture• Special Programme • Social Work / Science • Monitoring and Evaluation • Property Management • Real Estate • Horticulture and Landscape • Town Planning.

Persons ¡n possession of a foreign qualification must furnish this Department with an evaluation certificate from the South African Qualifications Authority (SAGA). Candidates will be subjected to a security screening process.
