SALARY : R152 862 per annum (Level 5)

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Grade 12/ National Certificate (Vocational), relevant degree or National Diploma will be an added advantage.
  • A high level of Computer literacy, (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint Typing speed and accuracy of 45 words per minutes)

All short-listed candidates for SMS posts will be subjected to a technical exercise that intends to test relevant technical elements of the job, the logistics of which will be communicated by the department.

Following the interview and technical exercise, the selection panel will recommend candidates to attend a generic managerial competency assessment.

The competency assessment will be testing generic, managerial competencies using DPSA SMS competency assessment tools.

All short listed candidates will be subjected to screening and security vetting to determine their suitability for employment, as well as qualification verification.

Successful candidate will be expected to enter into a performance agreement.
