ADMINISTRATION CLERK: PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT OFFICE

SALARY : R173 703 Per annum


CENTRE : Head Office (Pretoria)
REQUIREMENTS : A National Senior Certificate (Grade 12), or equivalent qualification A
relevant working experience in office administration Good communication
(verbal and written), interpersonal, typing, planning, organisational,
problem solving and interpersonal relationship skills Time management
and conflict management skills Computer Literacy (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, etc) Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and
work independently and as part of the team.



DUTIES : Provide general administrative support to the office of the DDG and Chief
Directors Render administrative/office support services Manage travel
and accommodation arrangements for the DDG/Chief Directors Provide
logistics/procurement support services, for the provision of goods and
services Handling of petty cash, travelling and S&T arrangements
Interfacing with internal and external stakeholders within and outside the
sector Make arrangements for meetings/Conferences/Workshops and
receiving of clients Provide secretariat services during ad hoc meetings
Ensure the effective flow of information and documentation to and from
the office of the DDG and Chief Directors Ensure the safekeeping of all
documentation, in line with relevant legislation and policies.
