The learning and development administrator will be responsible for the administration and coordination of a range of learning and development solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND WORK OUTPUTS
Support the training department in the full range of training activities including arranging all internal and external training courses. This includes invites, booking rooms, issuing instructions, arranging catering and any special equipment required
Facilitate good communication with other departments to ensure all training is properly planned and co-ordinated
Issue, log and record all PDP documentation on an annual basis
Administer all elements of the FAIS requirements (PPS, CPD, and Full Qualification & RE) for internal staff and external brokers including enrolment, module completion and final certification
Ensure that the training activity described in the PDP documentation is extracted in order to plan training and development activities
Administer the full learnership cycle including enrolment, module completion and final certification
Assist with WSP capturing and recording of all learning initiatives for Guardrisk
Prepare monthly reports and statistics of all training, deal with all visitors in a courteous and efficient manner through telephone, face-to-face, and e-mail enquiries
Obtaining the training report & training Invoices
Capturing invoices and bursary amounts onto the training report
Making copies of all invoices and bursary applications and forward to MMI Skills Development to capture
Capture and maintain all training registers and evaluations forms
Coordinates with providers, ensures availability of all training materials and ensures that all employees are aware of the training requirements.
Maintain accurate training records to assist in the effective running of the department and communicate and update training calendar regularly
Planning and organising skills
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
At least 2-3 years’ experience as an administrator
Experience in Insurance/ Financial services an advantage
Exposure to Human Resources/ Learning and Development an advantage
The above-mentioned position is currently available in the Human Capital department at our Guardrisk business unit based at our office in Sandton.
