Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience Graduate Programme
Locations: Johannesburg-South Africa
Brief Role Description:
The role is responsible for developing new business relationships, supporting sales operations and customers (mainly Legal Professional clients).
You will support the Go to Market team in a sales, customer and operations orientated environment
You will have the guidance from senior managers, executives, colleagues and resources to learn the skills to be successful in a multinational organisation.
Marketing and customer campaigns
Sales operational support, pipeline and analysis
Perform other special projects or duties when required
Pipeline, forecast and Lead Management
General support to the Go to Market team.
Supporting Sales Marketing Campaigns
Preparation & Consolidation of sales enablement content
Proven ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and quality of work
Professional, personable, approachable and courteous
Creative, flexible, enthusiastic and innovative team player
Strong desire to work in sales and client management (mainly legal professionals)
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent
Superior written and spoken communication skills in English
Good analytical skills needed to project revenues, monitor budgets and other necessary calculations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
