Sales Support Internships


Assist Account Managers with daily tasks required to complete the full sales cycle:

  • Update opportunities within Customer Relationship Management tool
  • Follow up on opportunity tasks with various stakeholders, Partners, Distributors and Customers
  • Interfacing with internal HPE Business Units to gather information required to make a sale
    • PreSales
    • Sales Specialists
    • Support & Maintenance
    • Legal
    • Operations
    • Partner Account Managers
  • Provide input and collate proposal and business case documentation
  • Assist with organization of Account-Based Marketing activities
  • Request and follow up on quotes submissions
  • Creation of budgetary pricing
  • Escalation of pricing
  • Collate documentation from various resources related to tenders
  • Assignment of leads, and follow up on leads
  • Follow up install base opportunities
  • Follow up on Business Unit initiatives
  • Compiling / creation / coordination of documentation for customer supply chain
  • Compiling of asset information
  • Population of Amenity requests required for customer interaction
  • Stand in for Account Manager whilst on leave
  • Scheduling and coordination of resources for Customer and HPE internal meetings/workshops
  • Communicate Delivery timelines
  • Provision of required information to Supply Chain Management and Factory for planning purposes
  • Act as a point-of-contact for customers and HPE internal.
